Richard H. Bank Jr.

Richard Bank is a founding Partner of retained executive search firm Bradley Bank Associates (BBA) specializing in executive and Boardlevel engagements for leading venture capital and private equity technology portfolio companies. Prior to co-founding BBA, Rick served as Director of IT, Communications, Software and Services at a retained executive search firm headquartered in New York where he managed senior executive and Board level recruitment for the technology portfolio companies of institutional investment firms as well as the relationships with the General Partners and Managing Directors of these firms. Richard holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Hagen Hultzsch

Hagen Hultzsch has more than 35 years experience in technology management. Until he stepped down in 2001, Dr. Hultzsch was CTO and a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Telekom, where he was responsible for Research and Development, Information Technology, and Quality. Prior to his work with Deutsche Telekom, Dr. Hultzsch held various executive positions at Volkswagen AG, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and GSI, a German Research organization. Until the end of 2001. Dr. Hultzsch served as the Chair of the Supervisory Board of T-Venture Holding in Bonn, Germany, a corporate venture capital firm focusing on high technology investments in telecom software, wireless communications equipment, computer software and Internet infrastructure. Dr. Hultzsch was the founder of EARN, the European Academic and Research Network, for which he also served as a member of the Board of Directors. He has served as an Assistant Professor at Mainz University and completed a fellowship at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center. He currently serves as a board member for some 20 commercial and academic organizations in the United States and Europe. He holds a PhD in nuclear physics from the University of Mainz, Germany.

Francis McInerney

Francis McInerney is a principal of North River Ventures, experts on telecommunications customers, competitors and markets. For the past two decades, he has studied the performance of the world's telecom giants—their failures and successes—and advised them on transactions worth more than $2 billion. Francis is co-author of Beating Japan: How Hundreds of American Companies Are Beating Japan—and What Your Company Can Learn from Them (Dutton, 1993), The Total Quality Corporation: How 10 major companies turned environmental challenge to competitive advantage in the 1990s (Dutton, 1995) and FutureWealth (St. Martin's Press, 2000).

Dominic Strowbridge

Dominic Strowbridge is Marketing Director at BT Movio, where his primary responsibilities are to ensure that propositions delight both consumers and wholesale customers, and that other countries understand the benefits of following the market driven approach for mobile entertainment championed by BT Movio. Prior to joining BT, Dominic was VP of consumer marketing at T-Mobile where he introduced several significant new content services, including the International Download Centre and Caller Tunes. Prior to T-Mobile, Dominic was a product manager at Motorola where he identified the need for, and brought to market the world’s first Dual-band, Tri-band and GPRS phones.

Jon B. Tingley

Jon Tingley manages NorBelle's partnership with key technology companies. Prior to joining NorBelle, he was the Chief Development Officer for Infinity Worldwide Telecom and led efforts to fund an international cable system linking Europe and West Africa. In addition, Jon founded a consulting business, Stanton International LLC, to provide advisory services to private equity and venture capital firms engaged in telecom transactions, and assist telecom service providers with product strategy and market planning. Jon's industry experience includes Global Crossing, where he was the Senior VP of Product Management, and AT&T Corporation where he held such positions as International Vice President - Traffic Management, Director - International Corporate Development, Regional Managing Director (Asia) - New Market Development, and Marketing Director - WorldPartners Company.
